Please allow 1 to 2 weeks delivery. A $10.00 charge will be added for certified mail with return receipt delivery. Priority next day or three day delivery is available at current U.S Postal, UPS or FED EX rates in addition to applicable taxes.
All Dupont Collection Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of issue. Dupont Collection Gift Certificates are good for lodging purchases only at Dupont Collection Inns within Washington DC. Certificates are subject to availability. Once issued, Dupont Collection Gift Certificates cannot be returned for a refund.
Dupont Collection will not be responsible and will not replace lost, stolen or mutilated certificates unless accompanied by the original receipt or original credit card statement. Guest must present original Dupont Collection gift certificates. No photocopies will be accepted.
To redeem the gift certificate for your stay at the Inn, receptionist must be notified at time of reservation. Guest must present original certificate at time or arrival. If the gift certificate value is less than the total bill, the difference will be paid by a credit card on file or visiting guest credit card. Certificates cannot be returned for cash. Visiting guest will be required to show government issued identification and leave a credit card on file during visit. Unused balance is not refundable but can be used for future reservation. Unused balance can not be redeemed for cash.
